Daily PO updates, ACK & SCRUB reconciliation, catalog hygiene, vendor coordination. Every operator is trained on Infios before they touch a live ledger.
Aanya Solutions started with a simple observation: most US retailers don't need more software — they need a reliable team to actually run the software they have. So we built one. Today, we're a Ghaziabad-based operations and software team serving retailers, e-commerce brands, and SMBs across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
We started with back-office and data-entry work for a North Carolina furniture retailer. They needed someone who could update purchase orders in Infios overnight, build the custom reports their buyers actually used, and not require hand-holding through every edge case. We ran that engagement well, and the next client came through referral. So did the one after that.
Five years in, we still work the same way: documented SOPs, 2-pass verification, daily handoffs, paid pilots before any long contract. The clients we started with are still with us — and most of them have expanded the engagement from back office into custom dashboards, ERPs, and internal tools that we built on top of the work we were already doing.
We grew slowly on purpose. Every person on the team is a specialist in their lane — operations, engineering, design — trained in furniture-retail and Infios workflows before they touch a client engagement.

Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Python. We build dashboards on Infios, custom ERPs, and internal tools — production-grade with documentation.
Brand systems, sales collateral, marketing sites, in-store signage. Premium aesthetic, retailer-tested, fast turnaround on print and digital.
Every operator is also an auditor. Our 2-pass verification process means no entry leaves the team without a second pair of eyes — that is how we hold the 99% SLA.
Hiring philosophy
We hire slowly and train thoroughly. Every new operator spends two weeks shadowing an active engagement before they own a single record. Engineers ship a small internal tool before they touch client code. Designers ship a sample brand pass before they meet a client.

Day-to-day he leads engagement scoping, runs the technical side of custom ERP and dashboard builds, and personally reviews the SLA reports for every active client.
His expertise covers Retail operations, Infios (Retail Vantage), ERP & dashboard engineering — including hands-on work in Infios (formerly Retail Vantage by Profit Systems), Shopify back-office, multi-store inventory reconciliation, and Node.js / React / MySQL stack engineering.

US business hours (night shift in India) for client-facing work; standard India hours for internal operations.
Slack, email, WhatsApp, weekly video calls. Whatever works for your team.
Every recurring task has a written SOP. Nothing lives only in someone's head.
We'd rather lose a 12-month contract to a 2-week pilot than oversell and disappoint.
99% data accuracy isn't a marketing line — it's a 2-pass review on every entry.
NDA-first, scoped access, no surprises.
Send us a real task — PO updates, an inventory audit, a dashboard scope. We'll deliver it on the same SLA we'd run a full engagement on. If the work is good, we keep going. If not, you've lost a week, not a year.
