The platform formerly known as Retail Vantage.

Infios is the rebranded name for Retail Vantage, the furniture-and-home-goods retail management platform built by Profit Systems. It handles point-of-sale, inventory, purchasing, customer management, accounting integration, and reporting for independent and multi-location furniture retailers across the US.

If you're running Infios, you already know two things:

Do you have direct access to our Infios instance?
We work in your instance with credentials you control. Access is scoped to assigned team members, audited, and revoked at the end of any engagement.
We're still on Retail Vantage and haven't moved to Infios. Can you help?
Yes. Retail Vantage and Infios are the same platform — just different branding. We work in both, and we can also support you through the rebrand transition.
Can you build reports we own and can run ourselves?
Yes. Custom reports are delivered with documentation and stay in your Infios instance. You don't depend on us to run them.
What if we use Infios alongside Shopify, QuickBooks, or another system?
Most of our furniture-retail clients run Infios as the system of record alongside one or more other systems. We handle the reconciliation between them.
How do you handle data security?
